Our product exchange procedure

On top of Mini Moto Life's standard refund policy, Mini Moto Life also provides all customers with an effective exchange policy if you wish to swap a product for another one. To exchange a product you must:

Send the product back to us with 28 days

Identify clearly which product you'd like in exchange

Contact the team if the exchange product has a higher price tag than the original item

If the exchange item is less expensive than the original item Mini Moto Life will automatically pay you the difference back

When you send an item back for exchange we'd ideally like you to tell us why you'd like an exchange e.g. wrong design, wrong shape etc. This tiny piece of info helps us to improve our customer services and provide you with a better shopping experience next time. Procedure for returns

To qualify for a full refund you must meet the criteria outlined on this page. If you send us the product back within 30 days in perfect condition along with the original invoice and packaging, Mini Moto Life are more than happy to provide you with a full discount - from the date the item reaches our HQ your bank account will be credited with a full refund within 14 days (subject to terms and conditions). If the funds haven't been paid into your bank account within 14 working days you need to contact Mini Moto Life as soon as possible. ***Please note Mini Moto Life does not recommend using couriers. For your protection as a consumer Mini Moto Life strongly advises you to ask for a proof of postage - if the product gets lost in the post this can be used to track it. Mini Moto Life are delighted to offer a comprehensive refund service to all customers who are neither happy nor satisfied with their items, however to qualify for a refund you must meet the following criteria:

Return the product in the condition you received it in

Return the item with its original packaging

Post the items back to us with 30 days of delivery

If you can meet all the criteria above Mini Moto Life are happy and willing to offer all customers 100% of their money back. however if we receive late or faulty goods Mini Moto Life might only provide you with a partial refund or in some cases no refund at all.
